Relay

Terms of use

Last updated 1 November 2026.

These terms are the rules for using Relay. Please read them. By using Relay, you agree to them.

Who runs Relay

Relay (relayz.ai) is run by Loom Labs LLC. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Loom Labs LLC.

What Relay does

Relay keeps the summaries that your AI assistants choose to save, so another assistant you connect can pick up where you left off. Our privacy page says what is stored, who can see it and how long it is kept.

Who can use Relay

Relay is for people 16 and over. Please don’t use it if you are younger.

Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in, and for what is done with your account. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Anyone who can get into your email can sign in to Relay as you, so keep your email account safe too. Relay’s sign-in is provided by Clerk, another company.

Your content

What you and your assistants save in Relay is yours. We store it and process it only to run Relay for you and for the people you share it with. Stored content is not used to train models.

Using Relay fairly

  • Don’t use Relay for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Don’t attack Relay or overload it, and don’t try to get around its security.
  • Don’t try to reach other people’s data. Use only what someone has shared with you.

Other services

ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants are run by their own companies, under their own terms. What an assistant saves in Relay is up to that assistant. A save can be missed; Relay never claims to capture a whole conversation.

Free for individuals

Relay is free forever for individual people, within its usage limits. The limits are 500 topics, about 2 MB of saved text, 50 MB of files with up to 25 MB per file, and 120 requests a minute. We may offer paid plans for teams and companies, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

No guarantee

Relay is new. We provide it as it is, with no promise that it will always work or always be there. We may change it or stop it, and it may lose data. So keep your own copy of anything important: you can download your saved topics and their history from your account page. Attached files download separately, from Files.

Limits on what we owe you

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using Relay or from not being able to use it, such as lost data or lost work. Relay is free, so where the law allows, the most we will owe you for any claim is what you paid us for Relay: nothing. Some laws don’t allow limits like these. Where those laws apply, these limits go only as far as they allow.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time: here is how to delete your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. For a big change, we will also tell you before it applies.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
